I’m a Marketing Automation & Digital Experience Manager with a unique blend of technical, strategic, and design expertise. I specialize in building scalable, user-focused marketing automation programs—from lifecycle emails and landing pages to complex workflows and campaign operations.
My career started in graphic design, where I spent over a decade creating digital campaign assets and maintaining brand consistency across channels. That foundation shaped how I approach marketing automation today: with a strong emphasis on UX, accessibility, and clarity, not just functionality.
In my current role, I own and optimize multi-program marketing automation initiatives in Marketo, partnering closely with marketing and web teams to ensure campaigns are accurate, on-brand, and performance-driven. I’m especially passionate about streamlining processes, reducing manual effort, and using data and insights to continuously improve engagement and conversion.
